Wishlist Intelligence

Wishlisters column in WooCommerce Products

Bring live customer demand into the WooCommerce Products list-so the items shoppers are actively saving are easy to spot while you manage your catalogue day to day.

Active demand right in your product list

GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce adds a Wishlisters column to the standard WooCommerce Products screen. It shows how many distinct customers currently have each product saved, giving you a fast, useful signal of live demand without opening a separate report.

1. What the Wishlisters number means

The number in the column is the product’s Current Wishlisters count: the number of distinct customers who currently have that product saved in at least one wishlist.

Active customer interestThe count reflects customers who still have the product saved now, rather than a historical total of every wishlist action.
Distinct customersOne customer counts once per product, even if they save the same product in multiple wishlists.
Product-list visibilityThe count appears beside the familiar WooCommerce product details, bringing demand context into daily administration.
Sortable demandSelect the Wishlisters column heading to sort the Products list by current customer demand.

2. Sort products by live demand

Sorting the Products list by Wishlisters is one of the quickest ways to bring the products with the strongest active interest to the top of your everyday WooCommerce workflow.

  1. Open Products → All Products in WordPress.
  2. Locate the Wishlisters column in the product table.
  3. Select the column heading to sort by Current Wishlisters.
  4. Select it again when you want to reverse the sort direction.
  5. Open a high-interest product to review its settings, availability, product content, or Product-level Wishlist Intelligence.

3. Where the column is most useful

The Wishlisters column is designed for the moments when a full report would be more than you need, but customer demand should still influence the decision in front of you.

  • Prioritise a quick product-content or merchandising review for products with many current wishlisters.
  • Notice high-demand products while checking stock, availability, or catalogue status.
  • Bring a customer-interest perspective into routine product editing and collection maintenance.
  • Identify products worth opening in the Product-level Wishlist Intelligence panel for a deeper performance read.

4. Connect the column to deeper intelligence

The column gives you the active-demand headline. Use the other Wishlist Intelligence views when you want to understand how that demand is changing, converting, or comparing across the wider catalogue.

  • Open Product-level Wishlist Intelligence for the individual product’s activity, purchase outcomes, revenue, and interest trend.
  • Use Most Wanted Products for a focused shortlist of the strongest active demand.
  • Use Trending Wishlist Products to see which products are gaining new interest fastest.
  • Use All Products to compare demand with purchase progress and attributed value across the catalogue.
