License activation

What activation enables

A valid paid license or active trial enables the GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce on your store. That brings the customer-facing wishlist flow, shared lists, settings, reporting, and Wishlist Intelligence into one connected experience inside WooCommerce.

1. Activate a trial or paid license

Use the License screen to start a trial or connect the paid license you received from GoScript. Activation is completed from your WordPress administration.

1. In WordPress, open Advanced Wishlist → License.
2. Enter your GoScript license key in the License key field.
3. Select Activate license.
4. Wait for the success notice and confirm that Plugin functionality is shown as Enabled.

2. Read your license status

The License screen gives you a clear view of your current entitlement, whether core functionality is enabled, and the relevant expiry date where one applies.

Trial - Active or Paid - ActiveThe full plugin experience is enabled, so you can configure wishlist controls and start building useful demand insight.

Paid - ExpiredAn activated site keeps working. Renew to restore renewal benefits, including new downloads, future versions, and support access.

If a trial expires or a license is revoked, functionality is restricted until you activate a valid license again. Your settings and stored plugin data remain available for when you are ready to continue.

3. Replace or verify an existing license

Need to switch from a trial to a paid license, or move to another valid key? Enter it in the New license key field and select Activate new license. The plugin safely replaces the current activation; moving from a trial to a paid license releases the earlier trial activation.

If the License screen indicates that verification is retrying, your saved valid state remains in use while the plugin schedules another verification attempt. You can also select Retry verification to check again immediately.
