Wishlist Intelligence

WordPress Dashboard widget

Get a fast, useful view of wishlist demand and performance the moment you open WordPress-so the products customers care about stay visible in your everyday store-management routine.

A quick pulse on what customers want

The Wishlist Intelligence Dashboard widget brings a focused 30-day summary to the standard WordPress Dashboard. In GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce, it is a fast way for eligible store managers to stay connected to customer interest and wishlist-driven performance before they dive into their daily tasks.

1. What the Dashboard widget shows

The widget is intentionally compact. It provides a reliable 30-day pulse, then links directly to the full Wishlist Intelligence reports when you need deeper context.

Wishlist AddsSee the new customer-product interest created across the last 30 days.
Current WishlistersSee the distinct customers who currently have matching products saved.
Wishlist PurchasesSee the qualified wishlist purchase outcomes recorded during the 30-day view.
Attributed RevenueSee the product-only, refund-adjusted value from qualifying wishlist purchases.

2. Most Wanted Products at a glance

Below the headline metrics, the widget includes a compact Most wanted products list. It shows up to five products with the strongest active demand, ranked by Current Wishlisters.

  • Each product shows its current Wishlisters count, making live demand easy to compare at a glance.
  • The list is based on active distinct customer demand rather than a historical all-time count.
  • Use it as a quick prompt to review product visibility, stock status, product content, or a deeper Intelligence view.
  • When there is no wishlist activity yet, the widget makes that clear instead of showing a misleading product list.

3. Who can see the widget

The widget is available to WordPress users who can manage WooCommerce. This keeps the reporting pulse in the hands of the store team members who are able to act on product, inventory, and merchandising insight.

  1. Sign in to WordPress with a user account that has permission to manage WooCommerce.
  2. Open Dashboard → Home.
  3. Find the Wishlist Intelligence widget in the Dashboard layout.
  4. Review the 30-day metrics and Most wanted products list.
  5. Select Open Wishlist Intelligence whenever a signal needs a deeper report review.

4. Use the widget as your reporting springboard

The widget works best as a quick, repeatable pulse. Let it point you toward the customer-interest signals that deserve more context, then use the full reporting suite to make the next decision with confidence.

  • Open the full reports when Wishlist Adds or Current Wishlisters suggest a promising demand pattern.
  • Review Most Wanted or Trending Wishlist Products when a high-interest product needs product-level follow-up.
  • Check Products Worth Attention or Out of Stock demand when active customer interest could benefit from an operational response.
  • Use the All Products report when you need comparative detail across a wider range of products.
