Wishlist Intelligence

CSV export

Take the Wishlist Intelligence view you are already working with into a spreadsheet or wider planning workflow-while keeping the same reporting period, filters, and product-performance context.

Take the right wishlist view with you

CSV export lets you move the detailed All Products report from GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce into the tools and conversations where your team plans inventory, merchandising, campaigns, and product priorities. The export carries the active reporting period, filters, and sort order from the report view you selected.

1. What the CSV includes

The export contains a row for each matching product in the detailed report, along with the key Wishlist Intelligence measures you need for analysis outside WordPress.

Product identificationProduct ID and product name help you match each row back to the right WooCommerce product.
Demand and activityWishlist Adds, Wishlist Removals, and Current Wishlisters show fresh, changing, and active customer interest.
Purchase progressWishlist Purchases, Customers Converted, and Wishlist Purchase Rate show how saved-product interest is progressing.
Attributed valueAttributed Revenue gives the product-only, refund-adjusted revenue connected to qualifying wishlist purchases.

2. How export keeps your report scope

CSV export is designed to follow the report you have configured. This makes it easy to export the precise part of the catalogue you want to share or investigate further.

  • The selected reporting period is carried into the export.
  • Active product, category, and tag filters are carried into the export.
  • The chosen table sorting is carried into the export, so the exported rows match the priority you were reviewing.
  • Use the filters before exporting to keep a large catalogue review focused and easier to work with.

3. Export your report

Set up the reporting view you need, then create the CSV directly from the Reports screen.

  1. Open GoScript Advanced Wishlist → Reports.
  2. Choose the date range, product, category, tag, and table sort order you want to use.
  3. Review the All Products report to confirm the rows match your intended scope.
  4. Select Export CSV at the top of the Reports screen.
  5. Open the downloaded file in your preferred spreadsheet or reporting tool, then continue the analysis or share it with the relevant team.

4. Turn exported insight into action

The CSV is an extension of your store-local reporting-not a replacement for it. Use it when a team needs to compare, annotate, plan, or combine Wishlist Intelligence with its existing workflow.

  • Share a filtered category report with a buyer, inventory planner, or merchandising teammate.
  • Compare strong Current Wishlisters with availability or product-priority plans.
  • Use Wishlist Adds and Purchase Rate to spot products worth closer campaign or product-page attention.
  • Return to the WordPress report to refresh the view as customer interest changes over time.

Next steps

Refine the report before export, or return to the product-level view when a specific item deserves a closer look.
