Sharing Wishlists

Styling customer and shared wishlist pages

Create a cohesive wishlist journey-from a customer’s My Wishlist area to the public page they share-using one purposeful colour preset.

One preset, two connected views

GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce uses the same Wishlist page colour preset across the signed-in My Wishlist area and the public shared-wishlist page. Choose the treatment once, then give both the list owner and their recipients a consistent, on-brand experience.

1. Choose a wishlist page preset

Select the colour treatment that feels most at home in your store’s customer account and shared-list experience.

  1. In WordPress, open GoScript Advanced Wishlist → Settings.
  2. Find the Wishlist page style section.
  3. Choose a value from Wishlist page color preset.
  4. Use the account and public-page preview to check the direction before saving.
  5. Save changes, then visit My Wishlist and a shared link to see the selected preset in context.

2. Available preset directions

The plugin includes five focused treatments. They give you a quick visual direction while preserving the familiar WooCommerce structure around each view.

Signature roseA warm, expressive default for wishlists that feel personal and gift-friendly.
Ocean blueA crisp, calm option for stores that favour a cool and understated account experience.
Forest greenA grounded, natural treatment that works well for lifestyle and considered-product brands.
Indigo or Warm sunsetChoose richer indigo depth or a welcoming sunset tone when either better reflects your storefront.

3. What the preset styles

The preset applies a coordinated visual system to the core wishlist experience, not just one headline or button.

  • My Wishlist navigation, list tabs, and the customer’s saved-product interface.
  • Wishlist actions, controls, badges, soft backgrounds, borders, and supporting states.
  • The public shared-wishlist page, including its header and shared product presentation.
  • Focus, hover, and active treatments that make interactive controls easy to recognise.
  • The account and public-page preview in Settings, helping you judge the result before saving.

4. Make the surrounding page yours

The preset controls the Wishlist interface itself, while your theme or page builder continues to shape the surrounding page layout. That division keeps the experience consistent while giving you room to match your store’s typography, navigation, content blocks, and overall brand rhythm.

  1. Keep the Shared Wishlist Page published with [goscript_shared_wishlist] in its content.
  2. Use your theme or page builder to shape the page around the shortcode.
  3. Choose a Wishlist page colour preset for the embedded experience.
  4. Preview a live share link and the signed-in My Wishlist area together before announcing sharing to customers.
