Make Wishlist Intelligence more specific
Filtering lets you narrow the reports to the part of your store you want to understand. In GoScript Advanced Wishlist WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce, the same demand, activity, purchase, and revenue signals can be viewed for a selected product, product category, product tag, or a focused combination of those scopes.
1. The three report filters
The Reports screen provides product, category, and tag filters. Each one gives you a different way to focus the full Wishlist Intelligence system.
2. How filters affect the reports
Once applied, the filters are used throughout the Wishlist Intelligence views for the selected period. This keeps the performance summary, trend chart, product cards, detailed All Products report, sorting, and export aligned with the same focused question.
- Use the same filters to review Wishlist Adds, Momentum, Current Wishlisters, purchases, rates, and attributed revenue within the selected scope.
- Focused filters also refine reports such as Most Wanted Products, Trending Wishlist Products, Products Worth Attention, and Wishlist Demand - Out of Stock.
- When filtering by a variation, the report uses the parent product for a more useful product-level view.
- Clear the filters whenever you want to return to your full catalogue-wide reporting picture.
3. A simple filtering workflow
Use a consistent sequence to keep your review clear and comparable.
- Open GoScript Advanced Wishlist → Reports.
- Choose the reporting period that suits your review: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
- Select a product, category, tag, or a combination of scopes from the filters at the top of the report.
- Select Filters to apply the focused scope across the report.
- Review the performance summary and product reports, then sort, export, or clear filters when you are ready for the next question.
4. Use focused views for better decisions
A smaller, relevant scope can make customer intent much easier to act on. Filtering lets you ask more useful questions of the same reporting foundation and connect the answer directly to your product and merchandising plans.
- Review a new product’s wishlist activity without the rest of the catalogue obscuring the result.
- Compare demand across a category before updating a collection page, promotion, or stock plan.
- Use tags to understand customer interest around a seasonal theme, campaign, or curated range.
- Export the filtered view when the insight needs to inform planning beyond WordPress.
