Top-performing Cart recommendations

See which suggested products are earning the strongest attributed-revenue signal, then use that insight to strengthen the Cart pairings your shoppers respond to.

Find the Cart suggestions building the strongest signal

The GoScript Smart Cart Recommendations WordPress plugin highlights your top-performing recommended products directly in the Reports workspace. This focused view makes it easy to move beyond a broad total and see the product suggestions that are generating the most attributed-revenue signal in the period you select.

Use it as an efficient starting point for recognising the pairings that deserve a closer look, a stronger placement strategy, or a thoughtful extension across related products.

How the top-performing list is ranked

The Reports page shows up to five top-performing recommendations, ranked by attributed revenue. This surfaces products that are not only earning clicks, but are also connected to qualifying attributed purchase activity under the plugin’s defined click-to-purchase model.

Top five at a glanceStart with a concise view of the recommended products producing the strongest attributed-revenue result.
Product-level contextReview clicks, attributed orders, conversion rate, and attributed revenue for each highlighted recommendation.

The ranking gives you a useful prioritisation cue. It does not promise future revenue, but it gives your team a clear evidence-based place to focus next.

Focus the view with category and tag filters

Use the category or tag filter in the top-performing section to narrow the analysis to a product area that matters right now. This is especially useful when you manage a broad catalogue, seasonal ranges, or distinct product collections with different Cart strategies.

A filtered view helps you compare like with like: accessories against accessories, a new range against its own category, or a strategic tag group against the rest of your catalogue.

Read a strong performer from more than one angle

Start with attributed revenue, then review the supporting signals. Clicks show interest in the Cart suggestion; attributed orders show qualifying purchase activity; conversion rate gives you the ratio of attributed orders to recorded clicks.

Turn a promising signal into a practical next step

  1. Select a reporting period that gives the product enough shopper activity to review meaningfully.
  2. Open the top-performing section and identify one recommendation worth understanding.
  3. Review its clicks, attributed orders, conversion rate, and attributed revenue alongside the Cart products it complements.
  4. Use that evidence to refine manual pairings, global order-history rules, matching, placement, or fallback behaviour where appropriate.

Make one purposeful adjustment at a time, then return to the reports after new shopper activity has accumulated. This gives you a clearer learning loop than changing every Cart rule at once.

Go deeper when the top five reveal a pattern

The top-performing view is designed for rapid visibility. When you want to explore more products, use the detailed report table to search by product name or ID, sort the results, review additional pages, and export the selected data to CSV.

The GoScript Smart Cart Recommendations WordPress plugin helps you turn those signals into a more confident product-discovery strategy-one Cart recommendation decision at a time.
