Put high-value pairings in your hands
Manual mode replaces automated selection for one source product. Use it when a product needs a specific pairing, when it is too new to have useful order history, or when a merchandising decision should not depend on global automation.
Create the exact pairing you want shoppers to see
In the product editor, open the Smart Related Products Product data tab, select Use manually selected products, and use WooCommerce’s product search selector to build the recommendation list.
- Open the source product in WordPress.
- Choose the Smart Related Products Product data tab.
- Select the manual related-products mode.
- Search for and save the products you want to show.
Review the saved selection
The product editor preview shows the current saved recommendation set, thumbnails, product links, selection source, and a fixed last-30-days summary for the current source product and its previewed relationships.
Switch back when you are ready
You can return a product to global Smart Recommendations at any time, or choose WooCommerce defaults or no related products when those better fit the page.
