Take useful recommendation data with you

CSV export lets you take the relationship-level insight from Smart Related Products beyond the Reports page. It is a practical way to review recommendation performance alongside other store data, share a focused view with your team, or continue analysing the results in your preferred spreadsheet tool.

Start with the right report view

Shape the Reports page before you export so the file answers a useful business question. Choose a 7-, 30-, or 90-day period, then use the searchable Source Product and Recommended Product filters to focus on the product relationships you want to explore.

Export the filtered relationship data

When your report view is ready, use the Export CSV action on the Reports page. Smart Related Products prepares a CSV for the entire filtered relationship result set, giving you a complete view without needing to move through report pagination first.

1. Open Smart Related Products → Reports.
2. Set the period and product filters that match the question you want to answer.
3. Review the relationship rows and headline totals.
4. Select Export CSV to download the full filtered result set.

Turn exported insight into action

Use your export to compare recommendation relationships, identify product pairings worth a closer merchandising review, and keep useful performance context close when you plan catalogue changes. The exported view complements the in-admin report: use Reports for fast investigation and CSV when you want a portable, complete filtered data set.
