The GoScript Customer Portal brings the essential customer journey into one straightforward place. Create an account to start a trial, complete account setup after a direct purchase, see every license you own, reveal a license key when you need it, download the current published plugin release, and renew an eligible paid license.

There are a few simple ways to begin, depending on where you are in your GoScript journey.

The pages you will use most

Once signed in, the Customer Portal keeps your key tasks close at hand.

• My Plugins is your main account page. It shows owned paid and trial licenses, masked license keys, current versions, activation usage, downloads, renewals, and other available actions.
• Available Plugins is the signed-in catalog for active GoScript products, with product details, trial availability, and buy actions.
• Purchases gives you a clear history of paid new-license purchases and renewals. It is a purchase-history page, not an invoice system.
• Account displays your account name and email, and lets you change your password after entering the current one.

A simple first journey

Use this short path to get from account access to an activated WordPress plugin.

1. Create a GoScript account or complete the account setup linked from a direct-purchase email.
2. Sign in at the GoScript Customer Portal and open My Plugins.
3. Start an eligible free trial or buy a license for the GoScript WordPress Plugin you want to use.
4. From My Plugins, select Show license key for the product license you intend to activate.
5. Download the current published ZIP while your license has download entitlement.
6. Install the ZIP in WordPress and use the plugin’s License screen to connect that license to your WordPress site.

What to expect after a purchase or trial

A free trial can be claimed from the eligible product page without a credit card. After a direct Stripe purchase, GoScript fulfills the new license after Stripe’s signed payment confirmation is verified. That can take a few moments, so the purchase-complete page points you to sign in or Account recovery rather than showing private fulfillment details in the browser.

• A new checkout email creates a pending account and receives one-time account-setup instructions.
• An existing active account with the same checkout email receives the new license in that account.
• Buying a paid license after a trial creates a separate paid license; it does not convert the trial record.
• Eligible active trials and active paid licenses can download the current published release privately through the signed-in portal.
