Download from My Plugins
My Plugins gives the owner of an eligible license a direct, secure route to the current published ZIP for each GoScript WooCommerce plugin. It keeps the download action alongside the matching product, license status, and activation details, so you always know exactly what you are installing.
How to download your plugin
- Sign in to the GoScript Customer Portal.
- Open My Plugins.
- Find the license card for the GoScript WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce you want to install or update.
- Select Download when it is available on that card.
- Save the ZIP, then upload it through Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress dashboard.
When Download is available
My Plugins shows Download when the license currently has download access. Both an active paid license and an active trial license can download the current release, giving you a straightforward way to get started or keep your GoScript WooCommerce plugin installation current.
Active paid licenseDownload is available while the paid license is active and the product has a current published release.
Active trial licenseDownload is available during the active trial period, so you can fully evaluate the plugin on your WooCommerce store.
Signed-in ownerDownload from the Customer Portal account that owns the license, keeping access connected to the right customer workspace.If Download is not shown
The license card is the best place to understand what needs attention. An expired paid license or expired trial does not provide a new download, while an existing valid activation on an expired paid license can continue to run licensed plugin functionality. Renew an eligible paid license when you are ready to restore its download access, or check the trial status and dates shown in My Plugins.
- Confirm that you are signed in to the account that owns the license.
- Check the product and license status on the relevant My Plugins card.
- Review the displayed expiry date for a paid license or trial.
- Use Renew for an eligible paid license when you want to extend its term.
- Contact GoScript support if the license looks active but the expected action is still unavailable.
Current releases, one clear route
The Customer Portal offers the current published release for eligible licenses. This keeps downloading simple: open My Plugins, choose the matching GoScript WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce license, and use Download to receive the release GoScript is actively providing.
