Account and access
Do I need a GoScript account?
Yes. Your account is where you view license keys, download eligible GoScript WooCommerce plugins, review purchase history, and manage renewal actions. Creating an account signs you in and takes you to My Plugins.
What if I bought a plugin before creating an account?
Use the account-setup instructions sent to the email address used at checkout. If you need fresh guidance, use Account recovery with that same email address.
What if I cannot sign in?
Use Account recovery from the sign-in page. Check your inbox and spam folder for the newest recovery message, then follow that link to regain access.
Licenses and downloads
Where can I find my license key?
Sign in and open My Plugins. Each license card shows a masked key. Select Show license key on the matching card to reveal the full key when you are ready to activate the plugin.
Where do I download my plugin?
Open My Plugins and select Download beside an eligible active license. The Customer Portal provides the current published ZIP for the GoScript WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce on that card.
Can I download an older version?
The Customer Portal provides the current published release for eligible licenses. Use the Download action in My Plugins to get the version GoScript is actively providing.
Can I use one key for different GoScript plugins?
No. Each license key belongs to one specific product and license. Match the product name in My Plugins to the GoScript plugin installed on your WordPress and WooCommerce site before activating it.
Activation and site seats
How do I activate a plugin?
Reveal the matching license key in My Plugins, then open the plugin’s License screen in your WordPress dashboard. Enter the key and use the plugin’s activation action to connect it to that site.
How many sites can I activate?
Your My Plugins card shows activation usage, such as 0/1. The second number is the activation limit included with that license.
How do I move a license to a new site?
Open the matching plugin’s License screen on the currently active WordPress site and deactivate it. That releases the site seat so you can activate the same key on the replacement site.
Can I manage individual activated sites in the Customer Portal?
My Plugins shows the activation usage count for each license. To release a site seat, use the deactivate action in the matching GoScript plugin on the active WordPress site.
Trials and paid licenses
Do trials require a credit card?
No. Eligible GoScript WooCommerce plugin trials can be started without a credit card. The trial page shows the applicable duration and activation limit before you begin.
Can I start more than one trial for the same plugin?
Each product offers one trial per customer. If you have already used it, the paid license path remains available when you are ready to continue.
What happens when my paid license expires?
New downloads and new activations pause until renewal. An existing valid WordPress activation can continue to run licensed plugin functionality. Renew an eligible paid license from My Plugins to extend it.
What happens when my trial expires?
An expired trial no longer provides new downloads, new activations, or licensed plugin runtime. Buying a paid license creates a separate paid license with its own key and paid term.
Does buying after a trial convert my trial license?
No. Buying after a trial creates a separate paid license. The trial remains in your history with its original dates, while the new paid license has its own key, term, and activation usage.
Purchases and renewals
Where can I see my purchases?
Open Purchases in the Customer Portal to review your paid GoScript WordPress Plugin purchases and renewals. My Plugins is where you manage the resulting license.
Where do I find a receipt or invoice?
Stripe issues receipts and invoices for checkout. The Purchases page is a useful history of GoScript purchases and renewals, but it is not an invoice or receipt system.
Does renewal give me a new license key?
No. Renewal extends the eligible paid license you selected. You continue with the same license key and the same activation usage connected to that license.
I used a different email at checkout. Where is my license?
A new purchase is connected to the checkout email. Sign in or use Account recovery with that email to access the connected Customer Portal account, then keep future purchases on the same account email when you want licenses together.
Need more help?
If the answer is not here, open My Plugins and note the product name, license status, and the action you expected to see. Then contact GoScript support with those details. Never include your full license key in a support message.
