Turn price-watch demand into clearer decisions
The Price Drop Alerts reports workspace brings demand, email delivery, and post-email purchase activity into one WooCommerce-native view. Instead of guessing which products deserve a promotion or where customer interest is building, you can see the signals behind every active price watch and every completed price drop.
GoScript Price Drop Alerts for WooCommerce keeps this intelligence inside your store, so your team can move from price-sensitive interest to practical merchandising decisions with confidence.
Open the reports workspace
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Price Drop Alerts → Reports. The page opens with a store-wide overview for the selected period, followed by demand insights, price-drop results, and a sortable product table.
The report page also shows email-processing status. When alerts are still being prepared or sent, the status panel tells you how many customer deliveries remain and the number of affected products. Once the queue has caught up, it shows that status along with recent sending activity.
Focus the report on the question you need to answer
Use the report toolbar to select Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. You can then narrow the same view to a product, category, or tag before selecting Filter.
- Product: inspect one WooCommerce product and its demand more closely. If you select a variation, the report resolves the view to its parent product and includes variation-level demand details.
- Category: focus on a product category, including its child categories.
- Tag: compare the demand associated with a particular product tag.
Every report area follows the selected scope, so the summary, charts, insight cards, price-drop history, and product table remain aligned. This makes it easier to compare a collection, spot a promising product, then return to your full store-wide picture.
Read the performance summary at a glance
The top summary combines current demand with selected-period activity. It gives you a fast, useful view of where shoppers are waiting and what happened after your price-drop emails reached them.
- New Price Watches: customers who began watching a price during the selected period.
- Active Price Watchers: distinct customers currently waiting for the right price.
- Price-Drop Emails Sent: alert deliveries accepted from your store during the selected period.
- Customers Reached: the unique customers who received a price-drop email.
- Sales After Price-Drop Emails: purchases that qualify for post-email attribution.
- Email-to-Sale Conversion: accepted price-drop emails that led to an attributed purchase.
- Revenue From Price-Drop Emails: attributed revenue from qualifying purchases after alerts.
- Revenue Per Price-Drop Email: average attributed revenue per accepted alert email.
Discover where demand is building
Below the performance summary, the reports workspace makes it easy to move from the big picture to the products worth acting on:
- Price-Watch Momentum charts new price watches, customers reached, and purchases after email day by day. You can also open the daily-results table for an accessible numeric view.
- Products Customers Want Most highlights products with the strongest active price-watch demand right now.
- Rising Price-Watch Demand surfaces products gaining more new watches than in the comparable previous period.
- Price Drops & Sales Impact records each observed drop with the previous and new price, email activity, purchases after email, attributed revenue, and processing status.
Together, these views help you distinguish a one-off spike from sustained interest, identify where a planned promotion may have the best chance of landing, and see the outcome of price changes already made.
Compare every product in one practical table
Where Price Demand Is Building provides a sortable list of your WooCommerce products. It brings current watchers, current price, average watched-at price, average target price, average requested reduction, new watches, emails, purchases, conversion, and revenue together in one place.
Select a column heading to change the order. The table is paginated in groups of 25 products, which keeps a large catalog manageable without losing the detail your team needs. When you focus on a single parent product, a separate variation-level table shows active watches and average watch prices for each exact variation.
This is especially useful for variable products: you can see whether demand is concentrated on a particular size, colour, or option rather than assuming the whole parent product carries the same price sensitivity.
Understand what the sales figures mean
Purchase and revenue figures in Price Drop Alerts are post-email attribution. A qualifying result requires a registered customer to purchase the same exact product or variation after a price-drop email and within your configured attribution window. The plugin also reconciles paid-order updates and refunds so the figures stay grounded in the current order state.
That is a strong way to measure the results that follow your alerts, but it does not claim an email was the only reason a customer purchased. Treat the reports as decision-ready evidence of the customer journey after notification, alongside your wider store and marketing context.
Take your report data with you
Select Export CSV to download the filtered report table for further analysis, a planning meeting, or a spreadsheet workflow. The export follows the selected period, product, category, tag, and sort order.
Its columns include demand currency, current and active watchers, average watched-at and target prices, average requested reduction, new watches, emails sent, purchases after email, converted emails, and revenue after email. This gives you a clean way to compare trends beyond the dashboard while keeping the original reporting data in your own WordPress database.
Make the next price move with confidence
GoScript Price Drop Alerts WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce turns more than price changes into a feedback loop: shoppers show interest, your store responds at the right time, and the reports reveal what followed. Start with the overview, use filters to narrow the question, and let the strongest demand signals guide your next promotion, restock, or pricing conversation.
