Storefront & Customer Experience

Storefront settings overview

Shape a polished back-in-stock experience with GoScript Back in Stock WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce - from waitlist placement and customer messages to login guidance and the My Account journey.

One clear customer journey, shaped around your store

GoScript Back in Stock for WooCommerce gives you a practical set of storefront controls so the waitlist feels like a natural part of your product pages. You can decide where customers see the prompt, how it speaks in your brand voice, where they sign in, and how they manage products they are waiting for.

The goal is simple: when a product is out of stock, customers should immediately understand the next useful action. When it returns, they have a familiar path back to the product.

The storefront controls at a glance

Your Back in Stock storefront settings bring together the customer-facing choices that matter most.

  • Waitlist availability: enable the subscription experience and make the Notify Me action ready for qualifying out-of-stock products.
  • Placement: choose an automatic product-page location or use a manual placement method when your layout calls for one.
  • Button style and messages: choose the button presentation, colors, text color, corner radius, and size, then tailor the button label, already-subscribed label, and confirmation message to sound at home in your store.
  • Login guidance: choose the destination that helps signed-out shoppers authenticate, then return to the product they wanted.
  • My Account presentation: give customers a clear place to review their waiting and recently notified products.

Start with the essentials

  1. Open Back in Stock → Settings in your WordPress admin.
  2. Enable subscriptions and notifications for the storefront experience.
  3. Choose your preferred automatic placement, or plan a manual placement for a custom layout.
  4. Set the button presentation, colors, size, and corner radius to suit your theme.
  5. Set customer-friendly button labels and a clear success message.
  6. Confirm the login destination for shoppers who need to sign in before joining a waitlist.
  7. Save your changes and test the journey on an out-of-stock product.

Refine each part when you are ready

This overview keeps the big picture light. Use the detailed guides to fine-tune automatic waitlist placement, add the control with a block or shortcode, adjust Notify Me button styling, and perfect labels and customer messages.

For the account journey, continue with login, registration, and return-to-product behavior and managing Back in Stock items in My Account. Each guide builds on the same confident, customer-friendly foundation.
