Product-level intelligence and the Waiters column

Bring demand into every merchandising decision with GoScript Back in Stock for WooCommerce - see live customer interest, notification performance, and back-in-stock purchases right where you manage products.

A complete picture at product level

GoScript Back in Stock WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce puts valuable demand signals directly into the WooCommerce product editor. Instead of moving between screens to understand a restock opportunity, you can see what customers are waiting for and how previous notifications have performed.

Open a product, then select the Back in Stock tab in product data to view its intelligence panel. Choose a reporting period of Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days to focus the view.

The metrics shown for each product

  • Current waiters: distinct customers who are still waiting for the product now.
  • Waitlist joins: new subscriptions recorded during the selected period.
  • Customers notified: unique customers who received a Back in Stock email in that period.
  • Purchases: purchases attributed to a product’s Back in Stock notifications.
  • Email conversion: the percentage of sent notification emails that led to a purchase.
  • Attributed revenue: net product revenue connected to those notifications.

Together, these metrics make it easier to see whether a product is building demand, converting customer interest, or ready for a closer inventory review.

See demand by exact variation

For a variable product, the intelligence panel includes a demand list for the exact variations customers selected. This is especially useful when one size, colour, or configuration is creating more back-in-stock demand than the parent product alone would reveal.

The list shows current waiters by variation and can display additional pages when a product has a larger range. That gives you a clear, variation-aware view for purchase planning and replenishment.

Use the Waiters column in WooCommerce Products

Go to WooCommerce → Products to find the Waiters column. It shows how many distinct customers are currently waiting for each product, making high-interest products easier to spot while you browse your catalogue.

  1. Open WooCommerce → Products.
  2. Find the Waiters column in the product list.
  3. Select the column heading to sort products by current waiter count.
  4. Open a high-interest product to explore its full Back in Stock intelligence.

A zero simply means the product has no current waiters in the column’s live view.

Move from product detail to the full report

Select View full report from the product intelligence panel to open Back in Stock reports with that product already selected. It is a fast path from a product-level signal to richer reporting, filters, trends, and export options.

This workflow keeps GoScript Back in Stock for WooCommerce close to the work your store already does in WooCommerce, while giving you confident data for the next restock.
