Most Wanted unavailable products

Put real customer demand at the heart of your next restock. GoScript Back in Stock for WooCommerce highlights the unavailable products with the strongest live waitlist interest, so you can prioritize with confidence.

A live ranking of current demand

The Most Wanted unavailable products section in Back in Stock → Reports ranks the products with the highest current customer demand. It is an immediate way to see which out-of-stock items shoppers are actively waiting to buy.

GoScript Back in Stock WordPress Plugin for WooCommerce uses current waitlist interest to keep the view focused on the opportunities that matter right now.

How products are ranked

Each product is ranked by its current waiters: the number of distinct customers with an active waitlist subscription for that product while it remains out of stock.

The ranking is live, so it changes as customers join or remove themselves from a waitlist, or as a product returns to stock and its outstanding waitlist is processed. It is not a historical sales ranking or a count of every past subscription.

Use the ranking to make better decisions

  • Prioritise replenishment for products with strong active customer demand.
  • Plan customer communication around restocks likely to help the most waiting shoppers.
  • Compare product families by filtering the report to a category or tag.
  • Open a product to review its product-level Back in Stock intelligence and exact variation demand.

Most Wanted is particularly valuable when supply is limited and your team needs a confident way to decide where a new unit will have the greatest immediate impact.

Focus the list with report filters

Use the product, category, and tag filters at the top of the reports workspace to narrow Most Wanted to the range you are reviewing. Category filters also include descendant categories, helping you evaluate a whole branch of your catalogue.
