The comments order is being changed, so they will be seen as unique content by SE.(tested and fully working)
The links from comments will get turned into non live links, so there is no problem with this. The only out-bound links will be the ones to the original news source.

When you say link to the original source do you mean digg or the original story?

Yes you can select whatever news you want from digg.

Only thing that puts me off with this is that it cannot as yet fetch the last XX stories from any one Digg category.
Just seems that there must be an easier way than to go through inputting URL’s all the time into the importer.
Any chance a feature to rectify this could be added?

@Karl: For now you will have to specify the links you want imported. I am working on a new feature that will allow you to select the Digg category and show you the latest news list and you will select the ones you want imported.

Added this on the to-do list.

@Basil: You must login in your wp-admin area before accessing news automator.

Can you make an additional posting creation option which is variable for more natural look. Say Create or Post between 9 and 21 hours. Make the hours an input choice. Make a loop in your program.

I couldn’t quite tell from the video if the comments can be added spread out over the time we select on the Time frame window. Or isthat simply the entire post with comments?

@J Michael: Yes Mike, I could add that option as well. For now the comments are being added all at once.

What about earlier question of alowing variable for post delays?

Are there any footprints with this software where google might be able to track. I’m asking because I purchased software before which is loaded with footprints in the code, which tells google that the information on the blog is automated.

@Bpaul: No there are no footprints, you can safely use it.

Hi, can I buy all 4 scripts for $30..also do I have to buy another license if install it on another website..

i look at the image above and it shows 343 responses on 26 september 2008. Is that not a sign of automation and footprint ? A bit puzzled of how it would actually benefit.

@april: No, this is not a problem as you can remove the comments dates from the theme files (comments.php)

Hi I bought all your scripts. Great value. All seems to be working well but with newsautomator I have ended up with a lage number of unapproved comments (211). I try to bulk approve them and get the following error which I have not seen before

Do you use any comment protection plugin or have askimet enabled?

Why am I getting this message?

All questions are answered. No matter what I do - even a new install fails with that message.

@Steve: Most likely you are using a comment spam plugin that causes that error. Please disable that plugin temporary while using Forum2Blog.
